I'd really like to have a better idea of what makes you log on

to Creative Cafe and spend time here? Do you respond to

site announcements and comments on your page? What

incentives would inspire you to become more involved?

Do you want to see more competitions and prizes? Do

you have ideas for discussions and Cafe news you want

to see covered? Would you take part in a competition

about getting to know your fellow Cafe members better?

I'd like to hear your views on these and anything else related to your time on Creative Cafe and what you want from this site.

Hi Jill,

My reason for logging on here is that everyone is so friendly and non judgemental which is a breath of fresh air compared to certain other forums I have visited in the past!

Re getting involved I think that you have vertainly given us a HUGE chance to get involved in the way the site runs and that in itself is a major factor in me being here as I like to be able to have some say in the communities I am part of and not in an arrogant way. Personally Im not into competitions but thats not to say others arnt...besides I never win an argument nevermind a prize lol but YES would def take part in a competition getting to know other members as that def sounds like fun!

Ideas for sidcussions....YES...although what is interesting or relevant to me may not be relevant to everyone and vice versa but I would certainly take part in discussions that were prompted by other members!

Another reason for me logging in here every day is that because I am housebound I dont get to see my friends very often due to their work committments mon to fri but have made some great friends online and so although have never met any of them I feel like I have a circle of friends here who I can talk to and communicate with so its a huge bonus for me!

Hi Julia

Yeah thanks for the feedback. I have left the Valentines 'Getting to know you Quest' open as that only attracted 2 entrants so far. Mandy and Leslie and they are friends with everyone already! It involves answering some questions, making 5 new friends on here and telling 2 new things you learned about them. Everyone gets a prize! Since then I have not tried more competitions but may do in the future.

It is good to see people make new friends on here. I don't go out much either and find internet communications much more convenient than trying to arrange real life meetings with friends.

Yes I know what you mean its def easier talking on here when your stuck in the house a lot!

Maybe I will be converted to doing competitions more if there all as much fun as this one sounds lol
