When we get a reallife Creative Cafe we will have a sandpit in the garden then!

I also fancy a fancy dress dressing up clothes store.

Well we have to get our priorities right. Get the play sorted out first!

Allowing for everyone in the organisation to be involved and in a democratic way. So that there isn't say a cliquey hierarchy.

Is too easy for the more forceful characters to take control. And I am not writing this as a timid toad. I have just seen it happen in many organisations and I like the idea of everyone having fairzees sharezees.

in my opinion a creative organization should not only be motivating but it should allow everyone to develop naturally and independentally.They should provide individual attention.
