I always hate to do Make an Offer sales because sometimes you get low-balled and it really makes you and your work feel devalued. That can be very depressing, especially when you have worked hard to create something and you put your heart and soul into it. I think it is better to have a sale and offer a discount on all your items for sale or on specific items.

I understand your point about working hard to create something, then selling it below its worth.
I started this discussion when I heard on the news that a restaurant was offering meals priced by the Make an offer deal- business had delcined prior to this offer and since the offer picked up...However, I do not know how profitable the bartering is for this particular business.
