Just had a look and you've put some georgeous things up. That patchwork shawl appeals to me a lot and Hazel's Trinket Tree things are always lovely looking. Looking at the page I'm also wondering if we had a Creative Cafe plain white background that would look smarter. I was told when we opened that plain white is the standard but I thought it would be dull! Does make your flickr feature look smart though.

It is your turn to have your challenge entry up as our side picture this week. I was spoiled for choice as you entered three and I tried them all. They all look great so that made it even harder to chose but I have gone with the middle one you put up finally. This is because it seemed to tile better on the page than the others.

Anyway I have done you a little write up with links to your Etsy shop and myspace and flickr. If you want any other links or anything else written please let me know and I can easily add it in.

I'll send you your $10 prize via paypal and this is supposed to be used for something from one of our other Creative Cafe sellers. there is a list of some people selling $10 items in the Salesrooms group. I will also be doing a blog and sending round news of you being our latest side picture challenge winner to the group later on.

I think your picture is one of the best we have had up and thanks a lot for entering.

Thanks so much for the cards which arrived this afternoon and which are lovely. Very kind of you to give me some free ones as well. I particularly like the square one with the heart and am going to keep it. And I notice you have some heart pictures in frames in a similar style up. I will have to save up for one of those next!

Yes the Folksy site seems to be fine once you have done the registration and it is easier having prices in English for a change.

Glad you had a good weekend away while the weather was hot. I hope reports that we will be having a hot summer are true.

Oh I am glad you still have that picture. £40 is fine and I can do you a paypal if you can remind me of your paypal address. I would'nt mind it in a silver frame as we have other frames in silver but the white one you have it in looks really good as well. So I don't mind really.

About Me and my Creativity.: Hello and welcome to my page at Creative Cafe.
I enjoy making and creating and sites like this are great for feedback and sharing creative ideas.
If you have seen some of my work somewhere and would like more information please do not hesitate to contact me at aileenclarkecrafts@tiscali.co.uk I work mainly in fused fabrics and felt, creating framed art works, textile art cards, jewellery and other pieces. All of my pieces are one off but I can make things to order in the style of a previous piece. For example, the felt landscapes with sheep are very popular as are the shimmering seascapes. Not everything I have available is listed in my online shops so again, feel free to contact me if you would like something in particular.
