Do you have any disabilities that affect your creativity?

My fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis make it difficult to practice yoga and craft my jewelry. Still, I do what I can.

Yes I have heard people say that yoga helps them a lot both physically and mentally. I am glad you find it of help.

It is morning here in the UK and my cat Dickens is unhappy because it is raining again. We have had a spell of bad weather and he misses going out but doesn't like to get wet!

havn't heard from you for a while so wondered how you are getting on? How is the fibromyalgia and arthritus? My hip went dodgy a couple of weeks ago and that is because of arthritus. I was hobbling around and it was really painful. It has improved a lot now but still feels weak. The thing is it takes a lot longer to get anything done doesn't it. Do you find that?

Anyway hope you are doing Ok and it would be nice to hear from you.
