About Me and my Creativity.

My creativity was sparked as a child in the Black Hills of South Dakota. My grandfather was a sculptor and an honorary Sioux Indian (eventhough he was Irish). I used to lie awake at night and watch the night by the light of fireflies I had caught. From the screened in porch where my summer bed was, I could see the animal sculptures on the cliffs outside. My imagination ran wild with it and still does.

I have an Etsy shop that contains captured fairies, greeting cards, microscope slide collage necklaces, etc. Each piece is inspired by my life, many times working through a problem, expressing a joyful moment, or expressing humor..

Likes and Dislikes

I like anything chocolate.

I dislike most things unless chocolate-related in some way. ♥

Do you have any disabilities that affect your creativity?

I try to work out life issues by creating items that will encourage myself or others.

My deceased daughter (a real live pixie) was cerebral palsied and has since joined with The Light (God) who lights the way for us all. I think we are all disabled in one way or another and are here to help each other.

Where did you hear about Creative Cafe? If you heard about Creative Cafe from another member please say who as those recruiting most new members will win prizes.

I searched for ning groups and noticed this after hearing about ning groups on an Etsy forum

Welcome to Creative Cafe. I will have a look in your Etsy shop after writing you this comment. Sorry to hear about your daughter and glad to hear you have a new grandson on the way. When is he due?

Anyway it is quite easy to do things on this site like change your page theme and add photos, videos, music, write blogs. The latest 10 members blogs are featured on the Main page and so are some of the photos. You can also start and join in groups and discussions and make new friends.

So if you want any help with anything just ask and I will hope to catch up and get to know you better soon.
