Welcome to Creative Cafe. Sorry you have got the bad old depression at the moment. Try to remember it will get better because I know when I have had it it feels like it will go on forever. But no thankfully it does improve and I hope you will feel a lot better soon. What help are you getting at the moment?
Anyway it is quite easy to do things on this site like change your page theme and add photos, videos, music, write blogs. The latest 10 members blogs are featured on the Main page and so are some of the photos. You can also start and join in groups and discussions and make new friends.
So if you want any help with anything just ask and I will hope to catch up and get to know you better soon.
