Welcome to Creative Cafe. Sorry for the delay but I have only just found time to approve the latest members and it is 2am here in the UK! Well at least I have now applied for an advert and sent you your 100 points for joining us. I have been reading your blog and feeling guilty when I see how long you gave up smoking. I'm afraid I still smoke sometimes and have been diagnosed with emphasymia myself. I know I should give up completely but it is so hard. So I am very impressed that you have given up after being a smoker so long. I know how hard it is.
Anyway it is quite easy to do things on this site like change your page theme and add photos, videos, music, write blogs. The latest 10 members blogs are featured on the Main page and so are some of the photos. You can also start and join in groups and discussions and make new friends.
So if you want any help with anything just ask and I will hope to catch up and get to know you better soon.
