I am now back from my trip away and can explain it is easy enough to do things on this site like change your page appearance and put up photo,videos,music,write blogs.You have already worked out about the discusssions and there are various groups to join if you are interested.

We usually have a new Spotlight slideshow with members pictures, a theme and the Cafe news on the main page each week. If there is anything else you want to know then just ask by leaving a comment on my page. I will hope to catch up and get to know you better soon.
