Great to hear from you. Not surprised you feel slow in over 100 degrees! I think I'd have to live in the water at that heat. We went to Turkey a few years ago and it went up to 150 degrees some times and we just stayed in the swimming pool all day long! here in the Uk we've had some sunny days but also a lot of rain and overcast. Typical English summer really!

Anyway you take care and keep in touch.
