Please help me make this petition to the Government for a single CRB check successful

I own a small business offering creative workshops and courses to children and vulnerable adults inthe community. I sometimes use freelance artists but due to my strict quality requirements I like (myself and) all artists I use to hold a current CRB check. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is a means of checking individuals for criminal records. Anyway, at the moment, the system for obtaining a CRB certificate is time consuming and costly. Particularly as each individual person has to obtain a certificate for each 'employer. For example, as an artist, if I am booked by 12 different organisation to deliver workshops, I would need 12 CRB certificate. The information on each one would be exactly the same as each other, so I have set up a petition for the Government to change the system so that it would be more efficient and without the need for community groups to pay the £50 (approx) per person per certificate.
