This morning Richard Bacon standing in for Matthew Wright & a panel of guests discussed the topic; “Should we teach sex to Four year olds”? Several callers also offered their angst ridden views. I remembered an old joke that may well throw some light on the subject.
A mother and her four year old child are in the checkout queue.
The child asks; “Mummy, where do I come from”?
The mother gingerly attempts an explanation.
“Mummy and Daddy have a loving cuddle and we made you”.
The child replies; “That’s funny; Sarah at school says she comes from Luton”.
