End of the Summer

Halloween sales and specials everywhere, and here sits I -- I just don't like orange. Never been able to get into it. So, I figure, I can at least use the rest of fall's colours.



Te deep, deep jade of the last of summer's leaves sit on the same branch as larger beads in fall-leaves rust red. Tiny glass beads shine with bright fall-gold and pearls look ahead to the first snow. The necklace, twenty inches long, is paired with delicate looped earrings.



It's probably about as close as I'm going to get to a Halloween piece -- so enjoy it while it's here!
