Glad sales are going well for you but you must be tired being so busy again! But then again you are always busy Kate! I will believe your 2 week sleep when I see it!
Yes you have written some good sales guides which should help the new sellers. I know jewelery is competitive with a lot of sellers. I'm sure your advice will be much appreciated anyway.
Yes things here are ticking along. Hopefully the decorations will go up this weekend which will cheer things up. I was sulking at the cold rainy gloomy weather the other day and wanted to book a sunshine holiday just to get away from the winter. But the mood passed... Still have some gift buying to do yet though so it isn't all organised.
How are you? How are sales? Are you rushed off your feet at the moment? In case you get a moment Ann Rose is a new member and is looking for members to talk to about jewelery making in the Salesrooms group at the moment. I mention it to you because you are so good at being friendly. But I know you are probably very busy right now.
The time seems to be going by so quick as well. Only a few weeks to the holidays. I am going to put some decorations side pictures up on the Mainpage and my page soon.
Hi Omshanti,
Thank you for writing. I have been busy with some practical problems at home and not been able to do everything I would like with my blogs and networks like Jill's.
But I see that that you have interestng products, lovely jewellery and a ginger cat that looks like our Calle-Cat!
Best wishes

Yes it is annoying when they change things and sometimes for the worse. Like the code for photos loaded in used to include clearly the width and height so you could just change the measurements easily to fit. Now there is no width or height and I don't understand the code at all so can't change it. Very annoying.
I keep yawning after being up all night and may have to have a nap this afternoon next!
Hi Omshanti,
Pretty jewellery! I like to make jewellery too.I like the crackle glass beads too. Oh, you make soap and salves too. You do have a broad rang.
Best wishes
Christina
Your side picture is up now. A bit late as I usually do it on Fridays but have been busy. Anyway will send you your $10. Plus if there is any title of your pic or other info you want me to put at the top of the Main page just let me know.
Glad things went Ok and you will be home soon. So your Mom is quite anxious is she. My Mum drives me to distraction as well! She is 81 but has to be busy and active all the time. She doesn't relax. I got her some wool from Brenda for her birthday and suggested she takes up some relaxing knitting but she is more likely to be rushing around everywhere all over the place. Makes me feel tired the way she carries on!
I've been neglecting the caf a bit as I am now on this survivors history group which has been tracing all the things users and survivors of mental health services in the Uk have done themselves rather than had staff and do gooders do for them. They have put Creative Cafe on their timeline and there are some lively interesting discussions in the group.
Anyway its lovely to hear from you again and I'll have a look at your blog to see if you have got any pictures up yet.
Glad you got there safely. Also hope that sales go well. What is the weather like? Typical English asking about the weather! It was cold and cloudy here again today and I really wanted to book a holiday somewhere hot!
Not sure when you are leaving exactly but hope all goes well and you have a great time. Also that you can get to relax enough.
It is 2.20am here and I am really tired so this is one of those short comments before I finally get to bed. Oh yeah there was a cat on TV tonight wo goes out and gets on the bus and travels round about 15 miles before getting back off at his home again! Does it everyday. You having made Loiosh into a travel cat maybe he'll be hitchhiking lifts if he gets the chance! No don't worry. I'm sure he'll stay by his Mommies side...
Can relax a bit now having done the latest side pictures thing. Have been quite distracted from the caf with various things recently. But things are ticking along anyway.
Yes healthcare is a minefield. Over here they have been privatising things behind the scenes. Things like hospitals are built by private companies on 30 year leases that the NHS pay high yearly rents for and then in 30 years the private companies get the whole ownership of the building back. Or they take some illnesses off precription and make people pay for over the counter medicines instead. Its a sneaky way of cutting services really.
Anyway I hope you are OK and not getting too stressed. You sound like your not too bad at the moment. How long are you going to be away for when you do go? My brother has just gone on a holiday to Turkey where it is 40 degrees. It was 50degrees when we went there. I wouldn't mind going on a holiday myself but don't know what to do with Dickens. He hated it in a the cattery we put him in once and wouldn't eat for 3 days. Shame he's not a travel cat like your Loiosh really.
I sent you the $10 paypal while up in the middle of the night. Yes do get dear Loiosh treats. I am very impressed he can do 'give me your paw'. I must say Dickens is lagging far behind in the training department!
Yes Entrecard has been a rollercoaster. I am still sticking it out for the traffic and some nice new members who joined from there. Will have to see what they are like with this new company that have taken over.
I have also been doing clicks on some traffic exchanges in case things don't work out with Entrecard at all. We nearly got 1000 unique visitors yesterday. That was 992 on the Project Wonderful stats. That's the highest our traffic has been so far. It's different for you because you want to be found by buyers which I found difficult on the Salesrooms when we had them open. With the caf I just feel I should get as much traffic as I can and whoever is interested will see it and sign up. Plus hopefully some will be buyers and see all the lovely things members have or sale.
Hope your not pushing yourself too hard with all these shows and trips you are doing. Getting panic attacks and not being able to get out of bed may be warning signs for you to get less stressed. I can't believe you can't have proper medical care over there when you need it unless you can afford the insurance. I guess we take the NHS for granted a lot over here.
Anyway try to take things easier on yourself and I'll be thinking of you.
Yes well I had to make Loiosh joint winner in the member of the week didn't I. Couldn't leave him out. So there will be $10 heading your way by paypal as soon as I get over there. And please feel free to spend it on treats for him rather than anything arty crafty. Although on the Salesrooms the rags to bags seller made some neat catnip bags which Dickens goes wild over. I think she is in the salesrooms group somewhere if you are interested.
Hope all is going well for you this week so far. I notice you seem to have taken Entrecard off your site now. Did you get fed up with it?
Thanks for the entry. The pics of Loiosh are really sweet.

I had to update to a newer version of IE because Ning kept crashing even though Firefox was Ok. It's annoying when techno stuff goes wrong.

By all means go ahead, quote away! -I'm smugly gloating about having a comment on my writing 'style'! -Or lack of it!
