Hi Jill, thank you so much for purchasing the scarf. The yarn I used for this one is gorgeous. I hope you are pleased with it.

Hello Jill

My advice is...

Cheer up!

Thanks for comment on my video. "People are Strange" is a track by The Doors from their 1968 album "Strange Days".

I will attempt to ring you on Friday from my mobile phone.

Life isn't easy when you're locked up.

Hello Jill

Oh dear oh dear. You have been in the wars!

Around 8:00 pm is a good time to ring. You have to ring twice as the phone doesn't answer first time.

Did you like my video?

Dear Jill,
I greatly appreciate your worry with me. Thank you for the PayPal link.
Unfortunately I can't register here, because PayPal requests the credit card and I neither have it nor can get because of my social status - I am diagnosed as the disabled for life and as a jobless can't get any credit. So the Card Number close all doors before me
Only way to receive any support is the direct mailing to me.

Sorry to read about the outcomes of the assessment, Jill

Understand why it got you down. Perhaps you could write to your MP, although I know is more energy and depending on the MP they might not be empathetic..although they should be.

Don't worry about writing. Look after yourself, best as. :>)

Evening Jill

Sorry haven't been on cafe for a while. Been a busy (understatement) week, so far.

Today...was a brilliant day. I had planned to have some me time, at home, making cards but the sun was so enticing that I walked to town bought some blue Heather for the garden and then went to a cafe for a meal.

Friend called me because her district nurse had told her to go to the doctor's. Some wild goose chase. I met her there and she asked me to go in with her. Basically the GP said that a frozen arm can take quite some time to really loosen up and the nurse was premature in worrying that it hadn't healed already. All was most strange to me.

Has been a week of demands and friend did get rather poorly but now has social services on the case and sending in carers to look after her.

Anyway, I am good and I have cut my lozee usage down. Okay so I could need more another day but I am living in the day and today is a good one.

Hope things are fine and dandy in Brighton.

Hi Jill

Know what you mean about sleep patterns. I am wide awake in moo moo land here.

Had a great time with a friend (we go way back) at Pizza Hut today. Buffet meal for £6.49. Bargains or what?

Things went wonky later but such is life. I am too soft sometimes but have resigned myself to fact that I either do something with good grace or not at all. Next time..it will be not at all. Ha! Ha!

Hope the party goes really well. You have put alot of effort into it so I hope you get to enjoy it as much as the other party animals :>)

Morning Jill

We were both burning the midnight oil and beyond. I think I got to sleep around 2.30 or 3.00 ish. Actually, I had just settled in bed when Suki decided she wanted to go out the window for an early morning stroll. Classic! lol

Discs played up pretty bad yesterday. Think the cold got into my spine...but the consultant did tell me they would play up as and when and there isn't much can be done when they do. Thankfully, have had a relatively pain free summer and certainly mowing my lawn was something I didn't think my back would sustain...but it did. Backs are a law unto themselves...I have summised.

I had a day in which I felt quite dejected by people who should know me better and their 'disappointment' at me not being as compus and stable as I should..as they expected... was a bit of a smack in the teeth.

It's like it is okay to be Bipolar as long as it doesn't affect you. What is all that bout? It's an illness. I do my best to control it but it is there and sometimes it makes my thought patterns and, therefore, what I talk about a bit random or impulsive.

Nobody would expect someone in a wheelchair to be able to walk about all the time. Is one rule for physical disabilities and another for mental ones. Anyway, I got over my anger and thought "Knickers".

Gotta have a bath and get lively...although I would love to sneak back under the quilt and sleep a few more hours. Friend is taking me for a drive to a park. I need to get out, have been housebound with back pain and waiting on calls from MH Trust folks. Even is enough. I am not a celebrity..get me out of here. Ha! Ha!

Hope you feel better today and aren't too upset my other people's ignorance :>)

Hi Jill

Dry discs reminded me they were there today and tried lying down but couldn't settle. Thankfully the lozees seem to have helped with the pain. Okay so I had to take more but better than to remain in agony.

Feel okay now..although not sure how sleep is going to be tonight. Will take it as it comes.

I don't know what happened to the stalker, nor do I care. I have been damaged so many times that some spiteful comments by a non person (as in not in close proximity) soon lose their impact. Amd what will be, will be.

I just gotta do my thing, in the absence of a service.

ECT doesn't seem to be helping Dad. No surprise there. The consultant has put him back on PRN lozees cos nothing seems to help him. Hmmmm...round and round in circles we go.

Not much liking this dank weather, not much opportunity to get out in the garden. Looks like Summer is finally over. Roll on Spring. :>)

Enjoy your ebay shopping. I am going to have a hot choccy and some cake and stick heat pad back in the microwave.

Eeeeeee thank you!

I am wiped out, shows two weekends in a row, and a third coming up. It exhausts me but I gotta bring in the money, you know? But the shows are going well and Loiosh still wants to come along so all is well.

How are you doing hun?

Don't feel the remotest bit tired Jill.

Is okay, I can lay in tomorrow as there isn't much that needs doing...apart from a bit of washing and plant watering.

The parsley has come into it's own. I never thought I had green fingers.

Got passed giving a monkey's what Anon thinks. Think they are a bit of a stalker anyway..they seem to know so much about me. They must have been following my blog for months (meticulously planning when they were going to pounce). You never can tell when it's an Anon and I prefer not to know. My life is weird enough anyway.

So you are up and sorting bits and bobs...and why not? Is a free country. Well, ish!

Think I might try and find something interesting to watch on TV. Sometimes they have late night/early morning films.

Think I will plan to do a craft fair around crimbo time. The materials cost so much that will build up embellishments (and such) over the next month and make them in November. I don't want to go OTT because then nothing will be achieved except more migraines.

Time for a milky coffee, me thinks.

Night and sweet dreams when you eventually get to sleep.

Hi Jill

So much for me going to bed earlier. I sat there and made lists of things I have to do. Busy brain at night is not good. The lists are done now but I thought I would check emails and catch up.

Hence here, now. After the shenanigans that have been going on on my blog, any sane person wouldn't comment about anything challenging. But I am not any sane person. I am me! ha! Ha! I think the whole system stinks and there are those (many more) than who would openly admit it who can't stand that people with mental illness have opinions and openly state what they are. I think, they think people like me should be grateful for what we are given and keep our mouths shut. I think they are entitled to their opinions and so am I. Thankfully, I don't have to spend my life in close proximity to those kinds of people!!!

I can spend the quality time, I have, with people whom I like and like me. Today, Debs and me manned the card stall a the local festival. I didn't think I would sell any but I sold 14. Was pretty chuffed with that. I celebrated by spending the money on a Subway meal for both of us. That is what I call quality life. And yep, there are those who begrudge me that but I am going to make hay while the sun still shines because the dark dusk is coming. Everything is shifting further to the right and attitudes will follow (either through jealousy, although I can't imagine anyone being jealous of someone having mental illness, or through misplaced anger at the dire straits people find themselves in). Such is how humans have behaved in the past, when their society is in the kack.

Anyway, it will all be what it will be and I shall rally through till I can't rally anymore.

Weather has been glorious and hope you have managed to make the most of the sunshine.

Ta ra for now
